About
A free tool for India's PE teachers
Every year, schools across India run the Fit India fitness tests for students aged 5–18. Turning those scores into levels and report cards usually means long Excel formulas, copy-paste errors and late evenings. Fitness Report Card does that work in seconds and keeps student data private.
Where the norms come from
Fitness Protocols and Guidelines for Age 5-18 Years (v1), Fit India Mission, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Section 7 Benchmarks, pages 48-57 (baseline reference for academic year 2020-21). Values verified against the PDF.
Where the PDF has empty levels or overlapping ranges, the tool keeps the values exactly as printed and offers an optional “office” boundary rule. Where a row cannot be used (600 m Run/Walk, ages 14–18), it shows N/A instead of guessing.
