Student data never leaves your browser

Fitness Report Card was built for teachers who handle children's data. The tools work entirely inside your web browser.

What happens to your file

• When you choose an Excel or CSV file, your browser reads it on your device. The file is never uploaded to this website or anyone else.
• All levels, points, BMI categories, summaries, PDFs and Excel downloads are calculated on your device.
• There is no database, no account and no login. We cannot see student names, scores or report cards.
• Nothing is saved after you close or reload the tab. Downloads go straight to your device.

What the browser remembers

The site keeps two small preferences in your browser's local storage: your colour theme and your boundary rule (PDF or office). No student data is stored.

Analytics and advertising

This site may use Google Analytics and Google AdSense to keep the tool free. If enabled, these services set cookies and see ordinary page visits (for example, which page was opened). They never receive the contents of your files, because your files are never sent anywhere. Ads are not loaded on the tool pages that display student results.

Check it yourself

Open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab and upload a file. You will see that no request carries your data.
